Bug Fix For Gateway Module

The first bug fix is out for the Gateway module. This fix will stop double entries in the database, when members after registering for free webspace click on the back button on their browser.
After applying this fix, the username and password will no longer appear on the newly created site, an email will be sent to the member registering with the whole details.
