[FAQ] Installation Error
If, after installing your new phpNuke site, it won't run; please remember to check the following:
Check you have followed all the instructions in Nukies "Idiots Guide" - from personal experience, I know this will work first time.
Check that you version of phpNuke is the latest version. There are many versions of each version of phpNuke. Check in the downloads section on here to see if you have got the correct version with all security and bug fixes.
Check that you have created a database as described in the "Idiots Guide". Also check that the "config.php" file has been update to include your database name, username, etc. This is easily forgotten.
If all else fails, re-upload the version of phpNuke very carefully - your ftp program MAY have not uploded it correctly.
