About every theme has something like this in the center just under the banner.
I don’t use the phpnuke forum; I find it’s easier to use the full version of phpbb. Sooo, How do I remove those links? I only want the navigation bar that’s at the left.

Open up themes/THEMENAME/header.html and remove them.
