News [removing the topic link]

Hi guys, just a quick question.

I would like to remove the link on the topic picture in the news articles. I've looked through a few files in the News module now and I can't seem to find the right <a href="blah"></a>.

Could you tell me which file the link is in? or even better, tell me which piece of code it is aswell?
