Installation 6x - Discussions regarding PHP-Nuke Installation and Configuration.
No matter how hard I try I can not get PHP nuke to install
I have tried installing from scratch and upgrading my existing version and neither has worked and I can't understand why. All I want is a working version of nuke with the phpBB forum. I don't mind what version it is as long as it has phpBB.
I dunno if someone could walk me through it or something I dunno

I can't have been having a blonde moment for all these weeks I been trying to do this.
Very short explaination:
Download the latest PHP-Nuke version somewhere. I recommend a PHP-Nuke patched version, like 7.5.0.2.8 (7.5.0 is the PHP-Nuke version, 2.8 the patch version).
Extract the package locally.
Upload all the files in the html folder to your site root, except the config.php.
Go to your phpmyadmin and create a database.
Go to the sql tab and choose Browse and look up the nuke.sql file in the extracted package (must be in the sql folder).
Open your config.php and configure the settings.
Upload the saved config.php to your site root.
Go to your site url and create the SuperUser/God account.
