No Webmail option on 7.8

Hi

I've installed 7.8 and it seems to be working OK, but the webmail option just doesn't seem to show up. Any suggestions?

It was removed about 5 versions back because it was a buggy peice of sh#t, as is phpnuke 7.7 and 7.8. Confused
