Forum admin error....
Hi,
I have just converted my bb2 forum to my Nuke, and it all worked fine. Users can log in, I can log in as admin and do what I need to. I'm running Nuke v7.7 (not patched)
Now after logging out, when I og back in, I can no longer get into the Admin panel and get the above error message, even though it shows my in the online section as the forum administrator.
If I log in to the site with my God admin account, then I can administer the forum...but if I log out of that, I can't administer it. And I can't log out of the forum either with my forum admin account (if this makes sense).
Does anyone know why this has happend and how I can fix it ?
On creating a test account and making that a site admin in the forum, I found that didn't work either. I therefore went to delete the account and got the following msg;
Could not delete group for this user
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 2
DELETE FROM nuke_bbgroups WHERE group_id =

There's nothing to fix, that's how it works, you need to logged in as site admin and a forum admin to admin the forum options.

Thanks for you reply Dar63....so there isn't strictly anything wrong with my admin account. Do you know why the account I created in thre forum, and assigned site admin status to doesn't work when I try to administer the forum with it ? (I'm just trying to understand how it works a bit better)
Maybe I'm just not understanding the difference between bb2 and Nuke yet

Because the account needs to made a forum administrator.

Ahhhhh yes, of course. Thanks once again. I have a few other niggly issues but I'll go do some more searching and see if I can findd tha cause.
Ps Just a quicky, do u know of a calendar that will sit in a side block and work with 7.7 ?
