installing a sendo code?

i am having trouble installing a sendo code to track visitors on my site, could someone please help

Never heard of Sendo. Even searched Google and nothing on there either under Sendo & Nuke

What is the code? how is it normally used/accessed? where does it need to be placed on the site?
