HTML headers keep being rejected
I need help locating the list of html headers as I can't use simple things like roleovers for buttons. It also stops me using other simplet html features. Can you help?

Sorry I did not explain in depth enough. I am using a block, type is html and I am making buttons to go in it. The buttons are simple role overs. But when I put the scrip or html code in the block content box nuke complains that I am using html tags which are not allowed. On the older nuke I could always just put the code in and it worked. Same situation when I use some simple java like to open a new browser. Embeding video however still works fine. So I wondered if there was a list of accepted tags.

Make a block file with the code instead.
