Which sentinel for nuke 7.7, and do i need a patch before installing sentinel? If so where is best place to download patches?

Thanks for that i searched for ages and found plenty about sentinel and a patch 2.9 that was needed, but couldnt actually find the right downloads.
Maybe my forum and searching skills are lacking......
Have uploaded all patched files but do i need to do anything with upgradedb.sql text file? ie load it through php myadmin?
