extremists took down my site - php vulnerability!!!!
Dear Nuke Users,
I thought it would be good to place this post to warn others about malicious extremists (who are present in the news at the moment!!) who took down my site & placed offensive images onto the front page of my site as well....
I used to have a small site devoted to students - well that was until a few days ago. After scrolling through my server logs I managed to find out from what i.p the hack came from and how they did it..... so PLEASE block this i.p from using your site, so you don't suffer like I did.
The i.p. in question is: 85.92.240.121
They managed to accomplish this by using this webiste:
http://www.hackgeneral.net/exploit.php
which manages to change your god admin password, in addition to bu**ering up the rest of your site.
So as I pass on this message I hope no one else sercomes to the actions of these people.

Do you not have any security addon like sentinel?
How you know they are extremist? (who I have not heard anything about in the news - extemists attacking web sites...)
Just a standard hack has happened to you really - which would have been avoided had you had some protection in place.
