How do I customise the look of the site (my logo etc)
I am new to phpnuke (about 10 hours!!) and have it installed, all mysql setup etc.
Now want to customise the look and feel to match my own logo etc.
Any help appreciated.

find out the path of the current logo - right click it - properties.
Make a note of this path and file name.
Upload your logo to the same path with the same filename.
Job done.
