Problem with image upload in NukeC

When I try to add an ad into NukeC I recieve the following error:

Allowed File Types are : '.gif', '.jpeg', '.bmp', '.pjpeg', '.jpg'

Please Go Back and make some corrections on Error(s) Above

Filetype is correct, imagesize is correct and image filesize is correct. But it does not seem to work.
