PHP-Nuke Newbie - Complete phpnuke newbie? want to ask a question before installing? or have installed and are now confused? this is the place.

Would this be possible?

I originally went with a PostNuke site because I love the Sabbat-XP Theme available to see on this site. Unfortunately PostNuke is not newbie friendly at all and I have spent the last month just trying to configure modules, blocks and all the other basics of the website. Now that I have come to my senses and switched over to PHP-Nuke things are so much easier. However, I still would like to use Sabbat-XP.

Given that this theme isn't available in PHP-Nuke and I still have my image folder from the old site, is it possible to rename the images to correspond with my current theme images to get that look? Or if I have to do a whole new theme, do I just put it in the theme folder? With the necessary folders and files in the appropriate named folder I mean? If I screw up the new theme will this kill my site?

I've found a theme I like almost as much, but before I pay for it I wanted to give this a shot.

Sorry, the theme structures are completely different.

You'll either need to find someone who can make a phpnuke version or go with plan 2 and buy the new theme you've chosen.

Having read thru your post more slowly yes you could try replacing images from the theme.

I read too quick and thought you were asking if you could use whole theme.

And here is a similarly coloured theme from vipixel for phpnuke.

Thank you for the quick reply. I'll see if I can piece it together.
