Sentinel
Hi,
I installed Sentinel and everything seems to work. Now when I try to access it from Admin I am being ask for a password - I type it in but access is denied!
Thanks
You must've enabled the Admin Auth:
Try renaming the .htaccess/.staccess files and see if you can get back in.
how do I enable the Admin Auth? I always get this pop up window.
After that I tried to delete the 2 access files. I do not get a pop up for log in. But I get still ask for my Admin Pass Word. But the Super Pass word is not working?
Do I need the 2 access files? Because if I rename or delete them everything is working fine, if I activate them, even after I enabled Admin Auth I get asked for a password wich doesn't work
If you don't want to use the admin auth function then the files are not required.
What is recomended?
I don't recommend anything.
Do what you gotta do.
If it works without, delete them.
It's only an extra layer of security, it doesnt stop sentinel working by not using them.
While I'm here, have you set all the blockers? they need to be set before sentinel will do it's job, these are found in the NukeSentinel™ Configuration link.
Thanks a lot!!!
