Web Links Module standalone without phpNuke

Hi,

I am looking for a good Web links plus Rating and Review Script, just as the Web Links Module from phpNuke. I would only need something like the Web Links Module or the Web Links Module itself, in combination with a phpBB forum, using the user database of the phpBB or alternatively one with a user database of its own. All the other functionalities of phpNuke I do not need, so I am a bit reluctant to install such a big script just for using one single module of it.

Does there exist a Web Links script which works on its own without phpNuke or alternatively with a phpBB Database or is it possible to separate the Web Links Module from phpNuke?

I'm looking for a Web Links script for a Link-Sharing-Community, so this script will be the most important part of the website. Registered and logged in users should be able to post there links and rate the links left by others; also it should have extensive sorting options and a search function - just like the one phpNuke has, but without phpNuke!

Any ideas, instructions …
