newbie complex theme help please
I'm completely new to PHPNuke and I have to make a rather complex theme. The layout of which means I've got almost nothing in my header and have dropped the right hand side column.
I need to stick a menu in the top of the content area, which will be present on all pages. That's easy enough.
But below the menu the the content will change depending on what page you are in.
On the front page there needs to be a flash movie and below that a login box.
Is it possible to add a login box on the index page? If not I can loose it and just make a link to the login in page. But the flash movie should definately be there.
However on all the other pages the will be no flash movie but rather a bar with the name of the section and an icon for that section.
I've figured out I can stick this in theme.php themeheader(), but I don't know how I am going to differeniate between the different pages.
How do I know if I'm on the index page?
Is there some way to get the name or title of Content or News section I am in so I can stick it in the bar?
