Down grading to 7.4
Ok, so I did not learn about this site until too late. I have the dreaded 7.9 version up and running so just how much trouble have I gotten myself into and is it possible to downgrade to 7.4 without having to hack lots of SQL which is what I did to upgrade in the first place?!
If its a new site delete all (that incudes the Database - empty it) and start afresh.
Nope it was 4.4 before I upgraded. The upgrade was a lot of effort (lots of troubles around scripts for 5.0->6 and I am jsut trying to acertain if going back is harder than going through all that again!
You of course did take a backup of the DB and files before upgrading???
Many upgrades many backups.
Is there a quick route from 4.4 to (insert recommend version here) ?
Unfortunately 4.4 - 6.0 you need to upgrade db manually, from 6.0 you can use
