What are you trying to add... and given your first response - is what you are trying to add compatible with 6.0? A lot of addons / modules now won't work with 6.0 because the way the SQL Layer is handled changed with 6.5

Dirk ,
Thank you for your time on this , i have read the Howto guide and the Idiots guide ,
and now i have decided that i am trying to run before i can walk, so my portal is going in the bin and i will try and learn something else.
Maybe admin should put up another guide ( guide for the complete tos*er )
thanks again Dirk

No need to go to that extreme!!! What is it you are trying to add?

Your site looks OK to me.

PM me an admin account details and I can take a shufty for you....

with cpanel?

you'll find that if you click on-click install again, that it will give you option to upgrade to latest version offered by your host. if not, i'd get onto your host and ask them to upgrade your cpanel.
