Topics and other changes don't show in forum

splatit(?) forum?
When logged in as admin and after making changes to the forum (adding topics) when I go and view the forum there are now topics shown.
The nuke installation came with the splatit forum, I tried searching for answers or working with that, no luck.
I was wanting to know how I can save the changes made in the admin panel so that my topics and everything show up in the forum OR how i can use phpbb (where to install in nuke) instead of this splatit thing.
It is actually 6.0 looking at your source code and I would reccomend that you upgrade to 7.6. Here is a package that incorporates 7.6 with the latest patches and NukeSentinel (Security program):
