can i reupload all my sql tables after i messed up and deleted something

also after installing the latest RaveNuke, when i go to the forum admin i just get this message

Second problem, there should be an upgrade file to update forums, did you run it?
update17-18 or something it is called.
i will check to see if there is an update, but first could you rtell me how to reupload the sql file. do i have to delete all the tables there first?

Exactly, it isnt funny is it, neither is it helpful when people search the forums for similar problems but dont get what they need because of badly titled questions.
