Admin Problem with Super Admin

I have just installed phpnuke 6.5.

I was a superadmin and i was adding things to my website until my domain was ready for use. When it became ready, i wasnt superadmin anymore.

I went to my phpmySql database and edited the authors field so i could change the name and password of the superadmin. But when i try and log in, it doesnt work. I used the www.yoursitename.com/admin.php link.

Is this the correct link to go to for logging in as superadmin? I know theres another link Confused:

Please help me
Thanks
Tricky

The Admin information is stored in the nuke_authors table and an easy way of reseting the password and admin account would be to use phpMyAdmin (or similar) to delete the entry(s) from the admin table, once the table is empty and you go to the www.yoursitename.com/admin.php, you will be shown the reigster the super admin form, fill it in and hey presto, all done

Where is that Confused:

ok, i have done what you told me to do.

Now my security wont show, just and empty box with a red cross within it.

Any ideas how to get the security code back?

Hi, can you upload the anaylze file to the same place as your config.php and post up the link, you can downlaod it from the link below.

FootNote:
I didnt notice earlier but your Subject doesnt conform with the Site Rules, use the link below to read the site rules then edit the first post to change the subject - Thanks Smile

I have sent you a PM of the analyze.php results.

We dont want people looking at my stuff do we Wink

OK Tricky here's the deal

The Security image is generated every time you refresh a page, therefore a Security Code from one page will never work on another, even if there is two on a page they will be different and must be filled into the appropriate box.

The Security Code at the bottom of the Analyzer is to test your hosting server to make sure it can generate these codes (requires GD v2.0+). Yours can Smile .

However there was an error just above the Security Image in the analyser:
analyze.php Wrote: :
Your_Account Security Image Not Found: modules/Your_Account/images/code_bg.jpg

Make sure you have uploaded the appropriate image, as for the solution, if that’s it I couldn’t tell cause am getting some other errors on your site, when you have nuke up again let me know if it still isn’t working

I'm starting my website again thats why you got the error messages.

I have deleted it all and now reinstalling it again

Thanks for all your help
Tricky
