CMS Evaluation Questionnaire
Hello to all,
first I want to excuse for sending PMs to some of you asking to help me with my study. I didn't think, that this was counted as a spam message, because it was not for commercial purpose. I am really sorry for having done that.
Another user gave me the hint to ask in this forum for help for filling out my CMS questionnaire for my survey.
