I prefer to use Firefox, but the same happens in IE6.
Any advice for this first timer on how I can view search results?
Thanks
Seems to be working fine for me. Can you view search results now?
Nope... I thought it might have been an issue with Norton Internet Security 2005. I tried disabling it, but no difference.
I have an problem configuring Nuke's phpBB that's resolved by dropping NIS; I'll post in the relevant forum regarding that.
Working fine here too using IE6 and Firefox 1.5.0.1
What was your nuke problem? maybe it hasnt been asked before anyway.
If it has I'm sure someone will point you towards a fix.
HAH
The initial search result problem has now fixed itself.
The nuke problem was that when I clicked on admin/forum, I got a pagefull of errros; dropping NIS2005 got around this but no amount of tweaking the security settings helped.
I have since started afresh with RavenNuke76 and so-far-so-good. I have also successfully imported an existing phpBB using phpBB2phpNuke, though there is an issue regarding the path for avatar images.
Can I still ask advice on this board, or should I address any further issues at the RavenNuke site?
Thanks.
You can still ask for help here. RavenNuke still uses the same Nuke, it just uses an install script.

Thanks for the clarification.
It seems the search result problem is going to be an intermittent one for me; the latest message "Page either unavailable or not present, try again."
And at what point during the search routine does this happen? on the actual search? clicking on a link after the search? where exactly?

After searching and clicking on a result to read it.
