Cannot load the forum page from the nuke admin menu

hi guys,

I got this message when I was trying to access the forum from the nuke admin menu, I was wondering what will lead to this and how can I solve the problem.

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class config in C:\Program Files\xampp\php\pear\Config.php on line 43"

I have changed the admin.php to another game, I am wondering will this affect it at all.
