Admin - login reverts to Anonymous User
I just installed Nuke 7.6 as instructed by this website. The files are all installed and everything seems ok. I created the Superuser with no problems except I can't get anything to work.
When I click on any functions on the admin menu screen all that happens is that I get the admin login screen again. After I log in the administration menu pops up ok but nothing works. The bottom of the screen shows current user as Anonymous.
I am not hosted on Windows.
Any ideas?

I cleared all the cookies in my browser and it started working fine. So it looks like a successfull installation.
A new problem has cropped up. I am not able to edit the Preferences or the Main News story. I have changed my preferences and the main story numerous times and it remains unchanged.
I can add news stories but so far the Preferences and Main News can't be changed.
