I can't see my admin panel

When i go to my phpbb administration, the admin panel on the left is empty (where all the admin links usually Are)

Please help?

is it a fresh install or was it working before.

it was working before.... no problem. Then my hosts migrated their servers. Not worked since then.

so i guess no-one can help me?
