I used this addon a long time ago then it got uninstalled because I did an updated. I got around to reinstalling it today and I got an error when I tried to load the page up.

Have you checked for a more recent version for your version of Nuke? The addon might have been designed for a version of nuke lower then the one you have now.
Well I remember having it when I was running 7.6 and I am still running 7.6.
