Im Looking For an Experianced PHP'er, i require a theme converting from PHP Nuke Platinum 7.6 to PhpClanWebsite, my php ability restricts me to skinning a box after that i am stuck, i am willing to pay for this and i have all documentation / theme files requires, if your interested please contact me about it.

Wouldn't you be better off asking at the site of your new cms?
Surely they'd be more familiar at theme conversions etc.
