Customizing a module...
I am trying to make a custom module, but am doing something wrong. Below I have a couple of links.. first what I want to make a module, second, what happened when I tried, and third my code. Any help is greatly appreciated.
This is what I would like in the module:

Well there must be more? that code is ok but there must be images and and the java scripts for it to function and look correct.
Unfortunately the site is french so I've no idea where you'd get them.
