disallowing usernames....
Hey guys...
on my site the forums are locked (posting) to registered users except the help one which i have left open in case anyone has any problems logging in etc....
now a spam bot has found that and keeps filling it with jibberish posts (like they do)
anyway every username they have used incudes the @ symbol ... i was wondering if it is possable to disallow that character to be used in a username (even for a guest) - the bots dont register...
Could try the disallow username function in forum admin.
darn it.... i knew i had seen it somewhere... just couldn't find it again.....
