Uhm, your config.php is not the problem. There are no tables in the database.
At this step, I suggest to remove all files upload from the 7.6 package, and install one of the versions on the frontpage of this website. Don't forget to fill the database.
I'm able to install one of those versions for you, if you want. But, the ftp access username and passw is wrong.
