4N CHAT
Can somebody please answer a question regarding 4n chat.....i have managed to install it fine its in my modules section ok but if i activate it you can go into the settins and view my sql details and password......can anybody advise what i am doing wrong and also cannot create a room -- well i can but when click ok/submit it just goes back to the chat box again.
Besides that bad scripting, it is vulnerable.

I followed all the instructions i am definately going to have to stick to fishing i think.Should i delete it all ???
Your best bet would be to go grab flaschat like we have here, it only costs $5 US

GarethHave purchased the chat module - but could not find ravensnuke in the list of intergrations and 7.3 and the 7.8 wont work with it any ideas!!

Just select Nuke...
Thier is no option for just nuke!
Just select 7.8, it'll work.
I have personally set it up to use a 7.6 sites userinfo.
Kept coming up with an error everytime i tried that one ... went through every one in the end and none would work
Did have one that went to the next screen but would not self find the mysql details and would not let me edit them so gave up as a bad job lol
Will look at it next week the members are crying more about having thier big smileys back at present so trying to create a smiley pak now. Thanks anyway dar63

I have been searching the net looking for info on the 4nchat v.92 vulneribility. As of yet, I have found it mentioned in a couple of places but no real detail or proof of concept. I'm not looking for a way to hack it but a way to fix it.
Does anyone have any ideas or info as to just what it is that's wrong with this MOD or that v.92 has been patched???
