Setting php nuke for admin auth only
I have a site that is using 7.6, and its currently set that you can just register for an account and you dont get email auth.
I have a clown who thinks he is funny by registering accounts and throwing racist abuse at people. How do I go about modifing the site so admins authorize new users?
