HELP I accidently deleted my mysql user

I accidently deleted my mysql database name. ofcourse my stie stopped working. I remade it and added back to my database but no luck. how can i get it back up without loosing everything?

Are you sure you have named it exactly the same as the previous DB and that you have completely uploaded the DB?

Edit your config.php with the correct database connection info.

I'm sure I named it excatly the same. not sure has the same pass.
