Enhanced Downloads Module

Nuke 7.6 (patched to 3.1)
MySql 4.1
Nuke 5
I have downloaded the Enhanced Downloads Module 2.1 and have installed it. I had the basic downloads module from 7.6 installed, and installed over the top using the installation file that came with the module. At the end of the installation file it said that everything went perfectly.
I tried to click on the ICON for the admin section of the downloads module, and got the following:

I have tried searching the forums, but can't find anything of use.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The addon was obviously written for nuke prior to 7.5 because it is looking for an authors table field which was removed from 7.5 onwards.
Try and find an updated version which is compatible with your nuke version.

In that case, could anyone recommend a good downloads module for 7.6? I have used the Enhanced Downloads Module v1.7 before (on Nuke 6.5) and found it to be excellent and feature packed, which is why I wanted to use this updated version (2.1).
If anyone can recommend a downloads module for 7.6 with good admin features, I'd really appreciate it.
