How to move forum buttons
Hi guys
I would like to move the "New topic" and "Reply" buttons on the bottom of the forums page. See the screenshot below to understand what I mean...

The New Topic and Reply buttons are next to each other at the top of the page, but after the posts at the bottom the buttons are separated. In the name of consistency, I would like to move the buttons at the bottom next to each other.
Anyone know what file I need to edit please?
