One area of Content is not updating

Not an urgent problem - but one that has got me rather bemused !
My society website relies heavily on the Content module.
Under the Content module there is Guides UK / Guidebooks UK... B.
When saving modifications to this page we now get: -
< You don't have permission to access /html/admin.php on this server. >
We - admins and god - can modify any of the other Content pages - but for this one.

Are you using recent patches? if so could you turn on error reporting in your config.php.

My provider confessed to upgrading Apache on the day previous to my Content update issue. They suspected data corruption and promised to 'repair the file setting'. No joy.
So today I had a quick techno play ( very unlike me ! ). I simply FTP'd the html/module/content/index.php out - made minor cosmetic change - and copied the file back. To my surprise I can now update all Content pages once more.
So does seem to have been data corruption caused by Apache upgrade.
