General - Got a general or non nuke problem which doesn't fit anywhere else, ask here.
Members cannot login
I have a few member who keep ringing me telling me how they cannot get into my sight, i have checked thier accounts and they are active and i can log in using thier name and password but when they try from thier house some even on different computers in thier house they get things like this below message

Any ideas please as i ahve checked to see if i have any banned ISP on nuke sentinal but i have not.
Either that ip has already been used in a hack attempt or maybe it's listed in the Reserved Range.
If it is delete the blocked ip or range and tell them to try again.
Checked all ip bans i can find and all cleared yet members still having problems - it is more than 5 members that are having the problem ...

Are they behind proxies and you have proxy protection activated?
have proxy's turned off will let you know how i get on

Yes but did you check the reserved ranges as I said to do?
