Needing to down-grade
Hello all!
I have just recently installed the 7.9 version. I see that support for it is not given here, so I want to down-grade to the latest version that is. I don't need the wysiwyg editor anyways.
I just want to make sure my steps in doing this are correct before I start, so if anyone has any input, please let me know.
1. Delete all files associated with the 7.9 install
2. Dump the current sql database.
(downgrader script does not cover my version)
3. Download the Nukescripts 7.6 with newest patch
4. Do a fresh install with above script.
5. Keep my fingers crossed, hope for the best, and once installed, come back to pick the brains of those more experienced and offer any help I'm able to give to others.

Sounds like a plan!!
Well, the plan worked to a point. I did everything that I said, and the new install was a breeze. The only problem I'm having is with the forums. When I click the forums from the admin of nuke, I get the message "Hacking attempt!"
Any ideas what I did, or am doing wrong here?
All other modules seem to be working fine.
Are you logged into the user account which is a forum administrator aswell?
I get the message logged in as the admin and trying to administer the forum, or view it.
Just checked, and not being logged in I get that message on trying to view the forum also.
In the modules administration, the forum is set at active, and visible to all visitors.
I have checked everything I can think of here.
No, you misunderstand, nuke has 2 logins, admin and user, are you logged into both? you wont be able to admin the forums if you aint.
When I set the super user, I also set up a regular account with the same info.
When I first go to my site, I'm not showing as logged in, so I log myself in. I do not show any other link to log in as admin from my main page. I can open a new window with the admin login page though. When I do this, and login, then I do have admin rights. If I log out from the admin, I still show being logged in as a normal user.
So you tell me, am I logged in as both?
And as I said before, I get the hacking message not being logged in at all under anything using the link in the modular block from the main page also.
I can not even find where this message is being generated from.
Do you have a link so I can see what I can see when viewing your forum.
