Seems the same idiot/bots that were doing the rounds a while back are here again, registering names that are names followed by 2 numbers trying to spam the news comments.
So just to be a cunt I'm gonna paste up all the sad email addys used so that maybe they get some spam back when this forum post gets trawled by some equally scummy spambot.

An awful lot of porn there.... This is why I recommend most of my clients approve membership... its sh!t that they have to buy otherwise sites get abused by idiots. I dont even activate comments anymore and now routinely remove the table from the DB.

A valid person said on phone to me today he registered - and there is the one listed as "Waiting"....

Yup - thought that would be the name used..... So - with him listed as "waiting" that mean he hasn't clicked the activation link in the mail then?

Go click on resend email in the Inactive Modules: part of the main menu, you can activate it if you want.

Shame I was watching his movements and de-activated his pm function after 2 and pm'ed him and politely asked him to fu-ck off.
