Forums centre block for 7.6 PATCHED with Sentinel

Hi guys- happy new year first of all Wink

I've searched through this section, and the downloads section, but none of the posts answer my questions exactly, without me trying various blocks/ modifying to suit to see if they work.... (could be time consuming)

Basically I'm after a forum center block, that works with the package I have, that only shows the forums the user can have access to. I've tried some in the past that didn't work- whether to do with the patches or not, I'm not sure. I tried one downlaoded from here (block smart dark forums) and it gave me problems and threw the theme / page all out of wad (there is ap roblem with this block right now)

If it scrolls, great. If not, not a biggie. If I can alter the number of recent posts, even better...

Theme is based on Charcoal 2...

Cheers.

Andy

I see no reason why any standard forums block wouldn't work.

You could try ravens

got that to work a treat- thanks!

One question I have (and if you want I'll post on Ravens site)- the bit where it shows the Avatar- I had a quick look at the block- but on my site they look smaller than they should? Do you know where abouts these are set up (for the size) on that particular block? I'll reduce the number of top posters per row if I can get the avatars to look more "reasonable"

Cheers!

Andy

sorted it- used a semi decent text editor once I determined the sizes shown- deleted all references to width in the block php file- works a treat Wink

I had to change the back ground colour in the javascript file so that I could see the text (due to the theme 'm using)

Now I'm going to see if I can change the way the post date is shown...

(why do the yanks not understand that the day comves before the month and before the year???)
