if you want members to send public messages (bad idea imho) and they cant figure out where it is then create a link to it on your home page.
You have to have broadcasts switched on in admin prefs though first.
Also... the message only last until they are seen. So each member only gets one view.
Wouldn't a shout box be more what you need?
Like visionofheaven said a shoutbox would probably be your best option, you can get 1 at ourscripts.net

ok if you want the code to be in a block on your home page then presumably your visitors will then have to visit the home page... therefore a shout box would be best.
Have the left hand side of the site visible from the forums.
re valuable real estate: you can have the shout box as big or as compact as you want and in a contrasting colour so it will 'grab the eye'.
You can even have it at the top or bottom of your forum.

The broadcast message box is about 50 pixels deep, you could have the shout 100.

Where is your Nuke copyright?
Firstly a couple of things......
The Shoutbox is by far the easiest option in what you are trying to achieve.... You say it takes up screen real estate... like why is this a problem when you have "wasted" screen real estate on both sides of the screen....
Secondly - there is a major disadvantage of using the Your Account Broadcast function as any broadcast will only ever be seen ONCE per user per visit - with a Shoutbox there is an archive of all shouts. Additionally to be able to make shouts members will need to be logged in to the site. You can configure a shoutbox to be able to accept anonymous shouts....
Thirdly - and more importantly from my point of view - which has been pointed out to you already... no Nuke Copyright = no help. Further to this you are also using a version of Nuke that we don't support.
Finally - you came here asking for help and were given the best solution to what you were trying to achieve. IMHO this was the best advise I or anyone could have given. First and last warning - not really what I wanted to come back to after an imposed break from being online....

I stated several times. I want someing that will POP-UP to all my online visiters at one time. And I want them to be able to do the same.. simply put.. thats it.. end of story.

As far as I am aware there isnt anything that will do this in Nuke. Tried Google?

Your choice - but as you have been rude and offensive I personally will not offer you any more help. No-one here has been rude to you in any way - and have offered the best solution given the information you provided. You car analogy is pointless - this is Nuke - its tied to certain methods of writing code. And because your site uses a version we don't support and you have chosen not to follow the advice given then I am afraid that makes it your problem - not ours.
Good luck finding what you are looking for, but just bear in mind that using the Broadcast function from the Your Account Module does not suit your needs as it only appears on the front page of the site and does not actually "pop up" as you now inform us you are trying to do.
Hope you feel better too for calling someone an asshole for offering advice and then actually complying with our rule of no copyright = no help... bet you feel really big about yourself now? Ahh well - some people!
