Downloads Module - set time limit
using version 7.6 download module,
how can i limit the user download by setting a time for each downloads.
i.e.
1. i downloaded a file
2. after the moment i clicked on the download there will be a timer, 10 minutes for example
3. and then i can download again after the timer gets to 0.
so in short, a user can download every 10 minutes after his most recent download.
i need this to prolong the bandwidth usage.
