News systems
Please can in this topic list all the news systems that are available for phpnuke im looking for somehting like the one on this site but cant get an answer from them

how do you mean? If you mean you want to syndicate their news articles you use their "backend.php".
For that site in particular it is

The url can vary - it is sometimes XXXX.xml sometimes XXX.rss and XXX.rdf at the end. PHP-Nuke powered sites use the backend.php file
Copy the url and add a new block. Custom block - paste the url into where it says RSS/RDF url, give it a title and create and activate it.
This is the most common way to show news of other sites within Nuke. A lot of sites have these features and a Google for RSS Newsfeed pulls in hundreds of results.
