Black Lists
I've just an e-mail through saying that a member trying to join is black listed, what does this mean
And if I can verify that he's okay how do I overcome this to join the member if I wish.
Blacklisted???? have you installed any ip blocking addons?
You could set up an account manually for them in admin panel, edit users.
No I haven't got any IP blocking, what I do have is Ms Analysis, but I haven't setup any blocked IP address's in it.

Looks like something blocking it server side, spamcop is a feature of your hosting account, try disabling it.
