at the top it says php nuke powered site how do i change this

I assume you mean atthe top of your web browser not at the top of the page, if so go to the Admin -> Prefences Section, you should edit all these options to reflect your desired settings, on of them being the "Powered by ....."
yea i am not about to go and change the bottom bit
haha i did not see the bit to change the site name when changeing all that before lol thanx
