i have created the above block but i would like to add a border so it matches with the rest of page,

Firstly - I would put that as a "Message" then it should automatically get a border as you have it as you said in a block in the center then it should also already have a border, leading me to beleive you have mebbe added this directly to index.php?? Could be wrong of course.

Secondly - putting that stuff about copyright does NOT exempt you in any way should the RIAA / MPAA come calling for any material you have there that is not copyright owned by yourself.

Thirdly - you either have poictures missing that are screwing up you Navigation block top left or you should re-enable right click on your site so people can "right-click/show picture" where the picture hasn't loaded correctly.

In that case this suggests to me that it has to do with your current theme.... Does it have a border if a different theme is selected?
