What you have there chetzy I believe is a feed from an Invision Board. It uses ssi.php to output the latest board stats like that pic you have posted. As far as I am aware - can't be done in Nuke - not like that anyway as a siggy pic.
Could be completely wrong of course!! As even with my limited French knowledge I can see it says its version 2.0.5 of the board.
But it still could be a custom made ssi.php calling the stats from the DB

neah it uses php, i think u can do it on nuke, not sure tho

PHP is a programming / scripting language.
Invision Boards run on PHP
I did mention the file ssi.php ? Yeah thought so.....
Thats a file that comes with IPB.
Had a look at that site (www.percu.org) Hard to tell really if it is IPB or PHPBB its been tweaked that much
Where do you plan on using this as a sig pic?
