Hi, when I try and add a link it returns:
ERROR: This URL is already listed in the Database!
Even though it isn't...
Any idea what is possibly wrong with it?

Can't say off-hand. What is your web site url please? What version of Nuke are you using?
Could be that it has been added but is yet to be approved by an admin.
